Dollhouse (Spoilery ranting)
[info]sarcastic_irony
I have been watching Dollhouse pretty much nonstop for two days now. I just finished rewatching season 1, including episode 13 which reminds me that Paul can't stay dead. And I read Miracle Laurie's tweet (which, no I do not have an account, ew) that she is in the double episode on Friday. Which means more November/Mellie/Madeline, which is all I really need. God, this show is good, really good. And by far more original than anything else on basic cable tv. I'm so angry that it's almost over. It really is amazing. It got shafted with the worst time slot ever for it's target audience. Friday at 9 pm is not prime sit at home and watch tv time for most people my age. I just don't get FOX. Sure, numbers are maybe not the best. Try moving it, stupids. And for God's sake, the TV industry should know Whedonites by now. We are fanatics, about anything he will do. We are loyal. Cult hit, sure, but so was Buffy, so was Angel, so was Firefly and thus Serenity. And money has been good, if not seen at the top of the venture. And tell me, just what new series are you filling that time with FOX? Another shitty reality tv show or a cookie cutter at first comedic hour-long soap opera that becomes more and more awful and depressing a la Grey's Anatomy? Yeah, probably.

Never before have I ever WANTED to go to Utah....

UTAH UTAH UTAH!!!!!

We are going to Saint George, Utah. Zero to Infinity was selected to perform at the Kennedy Center American College Theatre Festival Regionals for our region, number 8. February 9-13th will be a week of THEATRE. I will be in a production in a 1,200 seat theatre! I will be doing the Next Step Auditions. We find out about Irene Ryans soon! I get to take workshops and see other productions and fucking BREATHE theatre. Getting chosen is a huge huge honor! From 60 competing productions, they chose 3 for each theatre they have. We are in the biggest, hugest, reserved otherwise for musicals theatre! FUCKING WIN!

(And yes, this means that everyone misses my Grad show and I'm very angry and upset about it, but this is a HUGE career awesome!)

Ah, yes

I know this feeling: depression. How you deter me.
